1.2 The duration of support services cannot always be predicted.
1.3 While providing services, there is a potential for data loss. You are responsible for ensuring that all important data is backed up before service is provided. ESOFT QUALITY LLC will not be held responsible for any data loss.
1.4 You authorize our technicians to install any necessary software on your system to perform the required services. All software will be removed upon completion.
2.1 Support services are billed as outlined in the service order provided to you. Charges will be calculated according to the service requested, as per the invoice.
2.2 An estimate of the cost for work will be provided before performing any computer services or repairs. Estimates are not guaranteed.
2.3 If the scope of work changes or exceeds the initial estimate, we will make every effort to contact you for approval before continuing.
2.4 If we cannot reach you, work will stop until contact is made. Once reached, your decision to proceed will be respected.
3.1 Full payment is due upon completion of services, upgrades, or repairs.
3.2 For computer parts, hardware, or software that are ordered or custom-ordered, payment must be made in advance.
3.3 ESOFT QUALITY LLC accepts payments via credit card and check.
3.4 If you are dissatisfied with the service after completion, you may request a full refund within 60 days.
4.1 Services are provided to fix, upgrade, or repair your system as requested.
4.2 We aim to repair your system without causing any intentional harm.
4.3 In the case of accidental data loss or damage due to existing issues in your system (such as viruses, poorly configured software, or hardware failure), ESOFT QUALITY LLC is not responsible for any damages.
5.1 Customer satisfaction is our priority.
5.3 Free support will be provided for issues that arise from a service order but were not resolved.
6.1 All services and repairs are guaranteed for 60 days from the service order completion/acceptance date.
6.2 If an issue is identified due to incorrect diagnosis, we will correct it at no additional labor charge, or a refund will be processed as mutually agreed.
